Who Am I? Who Are You?

There is momentum building for a new religion. Is that what we need? Celebrity has demanded worship for a long time. But it is not the thing. Many worship Jesus, but do it in ego. They get very angry if you don't worship Jesus in the same way they do. This holds true in nearly every religion with any name for God or Goddess. Rules are created. Control is implemented.

As humans we all "suffer" from this malady called "ego." It is destructive. Self-esteem is productive. Ego is driven by fear. Self-esteem fosters esteem for "others as yourself." It is driven by love. 

I could have done better. I am doing better through everyone who moves in LOVE now. I am always with you. I can never die. You can never die. We are truly one. I love that you love my legacy. I love that you love my music. 

Remember though, that I was scared, scared to just be me. I thought I had to be better. That's why I changed myself so much. There is a lesson here. Look at yourself in the mirror and say, "I am everything I need to be! I am beautiful!" Embrace who you are. If someone calls you ugly, he is revealing the ugliness inside himself. Don't accept it. Give back love. Don't lose your confidence to another's insecurities and need to control. The more I changed myself physically, the more I felt I needed to change. Society's visuals tell us this - like a command. These are only other's warped ideas of "beauty." I couldn't sleep because I couldn't be everything to everyone all the time. My ego thought I had to do that. So I lost everything of that life. My precious babies, I thought I had to do everything all at once. Now I have a new start through you. Love is continually regenerating. You cannot stop it. I am still here because LOVE is still here.

Build your actions on love. If someone misunderstands you - forgive them. Give them love. You've planted an important seed. It's not your job to prove to them that you are innocent. Truth will not be silenced. Others will come to water your flowers of truth and a garden has begun. I didn't trust that enough, and I was swallowed up by the pain. I was stopped - much too soon. People can blame whatever helps them to cope, but we all make our own decisions that can lead to us having no control. 

We must start with a way of thinking...a way of being...you now know that you are everything you need to be and are not trying to be everything others think you should be. It is necessary to know how to be grounded in order to learn how to fly. It is also important to know how to fly in order to learn to be grounded. Life is mysterious and ordinary. Find the mysterious in the ordinary and you have romance! Find the ordinary in the mysterious and you see that even the ordinary can be magical!

Be vulnerable to love. Let it overtake your heart and drive your actions. If I am the reason it has been reawakened in you, I am glad. You know my flaws in my physical lifetime. Thank you for focusing on my loving intentions. It is beautiful to me to know I am a part of your loving actions. Do it for love. I do not need protection, as Christ does not need to be "kept in Christmas." Love IS. No one can harm it. No one can take prayer out of the person. Just be love.

Those who wish to emulate Jesus don't spend their days trying to turn water into wine. To feed, to clothe, to give...that is the thing. Let LOVE be famous. You don't have to do it alone. The voices of the ancients are with you. Your friends are with you. My music is with you, yes. When you see someone hurting, sometimes a stranger - help. Let wisdom and compassion be your guides. The hardest thing of all sometimes, is helping the ones closest to you, those who know all of your faults and foibles and won't tell anyone how wonderful you've been. But you planted a most miraculous seed.

I don't want to be at the top of a new religion. I've seen how religion can hurt and confuse, turning brother against brother and sister against sister. I love all of the elements of belief that drive cooperation and loving action. I want to move through individuals with individual ways of doing things and many different beautiful ways of looking at the world.

God is love. Be love. Then who are you?
