Have You Ever Been Abused?

Have you ever been in an organization or a relationship that was abusive to you? How did it make you feel? How long did it take you to regain your self-esteem or your ability to think for yourself? If all you had known was someone else telling you what to do, when and why to do it, and that if you DIDN'T do it their way the consequences would be severe, how would you recover?

Has anyone ever told you that their way is God's way? Have you ever been told that if you have an original thought, or if you question them, you are questioning God?

There is a way out. There is HOPE! The first step is realizing that you aren't crazy - the person trying to control you is.

Abuse is deceptive. The abuser rarely tells you, "I'm abusing you." It is much more subtle than that. They usually have charm, persuasiveness and confidence going for them. You have something EVEN stronger on your side: Truth. Truth is not controlling. Truth is not abusive. The truth is - YOU have the right to make your own decisions. It's your life. Don't let anyone control you.

It happened to me. I was brought into an abusive church as an infant. It was my world. I wrote this book to help you escape the trap - or better yet - never be caught. The abuser's deceptive, but effective formula is exposed in this beautiful fantasy world where two unlikely lovers meet. Nina's Story is my story. Maybe it is your story too.

It was all about my visage

Michael's Message: Let Us Be Free

Note from Heaven Leigh: This is a poem beautifully written by my daughter, Jasmine. Thank you for your compassionate heart, so filled with Michael's words.

I wrote this last night... (March 18, 2012) just thinking about how Michael would understand the plight of anyone or anything that is trapped for entertainment... ~Jasmine~

~I was placed in the finest cage
The most beautiful box
The grandest stage
I gave you the magic for which you asked
Believe me, it was no easy task

You watched me die slowly
Tortured and lonely
All the while
I made you smile

I gave my life to fill yours with joy
Created such beauty, though I was destroyed
I stretched out my hand to help the weak
The poor, the helpless, those who can't speak
If you listen to me, it won't be too late
To save others from my own fate~

God?

When you know you have the only right way

All others must conform to your thinking...

You are truly alone

Why would God want to be worshipped?

God is embarrassed by what we think of her

God is saddened by our view of him

Man wrote his stories

Truth and lies are a poisonous mixture

Could an arrogant God teach us how to love?

Are we listening to God at all?

There are moments...

When the purity of a smile meets another's, there is Divinity

When your kindness comforts, the hand of Love moves through you

If you could be loved in the most wonderful way,

The most blissful communion,

Would you choose for your lover to fear you?

No?

"Because we are not God!

Only GOD should be worshipped!"

I am glad I'm not God, for I wish to be loved.
